 น้อง ๆ หลาย ๆ คนที่ใฝ่ฝันอยากจะใส่ชุดขาวอันสง่างามของ "นางพยาบาล" คงจะทราบข่าวกันแล้วนะครับว่า "วิทยาลัยพยาบาลสภากาชาดไทย" ได้ประกาศกำหนดการรับสมัครและคัดเลือกผู้เข้าศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาล ศาสตรบัณฑิต ปีการศึกษา 2556 ประเภทรับตรงออกมาแล้ว นอกจากการรับตรงปกติแล้ว ประเด็นที่อยากชี้ให้น้อง ๆ เห็นในวันนี้ก็คือ คนที่ผ่านการสอบคัดเลือกเข้าไปนั้นจะได้รับ "ทุนการศึกษา" จำนวนถึง 90 ทุนเลยทีเดียว แต่...การที่จะผ่านด่านการคัดเลือกเข้าไปได้นั้น ก็ไม่ใช่เรื่องง่ายสักเท่าไหร่ เพราะเขากำหนดคุณสมบัติเอาไว้ละเอียดยิบทีเดียว ซึ่งต้องศึกษาให้ดี ๆ เพราะเคยมีตัวอย่างของคนที่คุณสมบัติด้านร่างกายไม่ผ่านเกิดขึ้นมาแล้ว ลองศึกษาข้อมูลกันดูนะครับ ทั้งเรื่องคุณสมบัติและเรื่องทุนการศึกษา... คุณสมบัติด้านร่างกายและจิตใจ - มีสุขภาพสมบูรณ์ทั้งด้านร่างกายและจิตใจ ไม่มีประวัติเป็นโรคจิตโรคประสาท และปราศจากโรค อาการของโรค หรือมีความพิการอันเป็นอุปสรรคต่อการศึกษา ดังต่อไปนี้ 1.มีความพิการอันเป็นอุปสรรคต่อการศึกษา 2. มีปัญหาทางจิตเวช ได้แก่ โรคจิต (psychosis) โรคประสาท (neurosis) หรือโรคบุคลิกภาพแปรปรวน โดยเฉพาะ antisocial personality หรือ borderline personality รวมถึงปัญหาทางจิตเวชอื่นๆ ที่คณะกรรมการบริหารวิทยาลัยพยาบาลฯ พิจารณาเห็นว่าเป็นอุปสรรคต่อการศึกษาและต่อการประกอบวิชาชีพการพยาบาล 3. โรคติดต่อในระยะติดต่ออันตรายที่จะมีผลต่อผู้รับบริการหรือส่งผลให้เกิดความพิการอย่างถาวรอันเป็นอุปสรรคต่อการศึกษา 4. โรคไม่ติดต่อหรือภาวะอันเป็นอุปสรรคต่อการศึกษา -โรคลมชักที่ยังไม่สามารถควบคุมได้ (โรคลมชักที่ไม่มีอาการชักมาแล้วอย่างน้อย 3 ปีโดยมีการรับรองจากแพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ถือเป็นโรคลมชักที่ควบคุมได้) -โรคหัวใจที่เป็นอุปสรรคต่อการศึกษาและการประกอบวิชาชีพการพยาบาล -โรคความดันเลือดสูง -โรคอ้วน -ภาวะไตวายเรื้อรัง -โรคเบาหวาน -วัณโรคระยะไม่สงบ หรือ โรคปอดเรื้อรังซึ่งอาจขัดขวางต่อการศึกษา -ติดสารเสพติดให้โทษ -ตาบอดแม้แต่ข้างเดียวหรือสายตาไม่ปกติเมื่อรักษาโดยใช้แว่นแล้วยังมีสายตาต่ำกว่า 6/24ทั้ง 2 ข้าง หรือตาบอดสีหรือมีความผิดปกติในการเห็นภาพ - หูหนวกหรือหูตึง จากการผิดปกติทางประสาท (Sensorineural hearing loss) แม้แต่ข้างเดียว - มีความพิการของนิ้วมือ มือ แขนขา - โรคหรือความพิการอื่นๆ ซึ่งมิได้ระบุไว้ ที่คณะกรรมการบริหารวิทยาลัยพยาบาล สภากาชาดไทย เห็นว่าเป็นอุปสรรคต่อการศึกษา ข้อมูลทุนการศึกษา ผู้ที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกเข้าศึกษาทุกคนจะได้รับทุนสภากาชาดไทย โดย 1. การรายงานตัวยืนยันสิทธิและทำสัญญา ให้ผู้ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกเข้าเป็นนักศึกษาของวิทยาลัยพยาบาลสภากาชาดไทย มารายงานตัวและทำสัญญาเข้าศึกษา ณ ตึกราชูปถัมภ์ ชั้นล่าง วิทยาลัยพยาบาลสภากาชาดไทย ในวันจันทร์ที่ 7 มกราคม 2556 ผู้ที่ไม่มารายงานตัวยืนยันสิทธิของตนเองตามวันและเวลาที่ระบุ ถือว่าสละสิทธิ 2. ทุนการศึกษาและข้อผูกพัน 2.1 ผู้ที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกเข้าศึกษาทุกคนจะได้รับทุนสภากาชาดไทย โดยจะต้องทำสัญญารับทุนการศึกษา ตั้งแต่ชั้นปีที่ 1 – ชั้นปีที่ 4 โดยได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์และมีเงื่อนไขการชดใช้ทุน ดังนี้ 2.1.1 สิทธิประโยชน์ที่ผู้รับทุนจะได้รับ ได้แก่ ค่าธรรมเนียมการศึกษา ค่าบำรุง ค่าหอพัก ค่าอาหาร ค่าใช้จ่ายประจาเดือน 2,000 บาท/เดือน ตามที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญา รวมเป็นเงินทุนตลอดระยะเวลา 4 ปีการศึกษา เป็นเงินประมาณ 404,500.00 บาท (สี่แสนสี่พันห้าร้อยบาทถ้วน) 2.1.2 เงื่อนไขการชดใช้ทุน ภายหลังสาเร็จการศึกษาผู้รับทุนจะต้องปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยงานของสภากาชาดไทย เป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 4 ปี และกรณีที่ผิดสัญญาต้องชดใช้เงินเป็นจานวน 2 เท่าของเงินทุนที่รับไป พร้อมดอกเบี้ย 2.1.3 ในกรณีที่ผู้รับทุนไม่ปฏิบัติตามสัญญาฯ จนสภากาชาดไทยงดให้ทุน หรือต้องพ้นสภาพจากการเป็นนักศึกษาตามระเบียบฯ หรือลาออกก่อนสำเร็จการศึกษา จะต้องชดใช้เงินให้แก่สภากาชาดไทยคานวณตามระยะเวลาที่ได้ทำการศึกษานับตั้งแต่ได้รับทุน รายละเอียดเป็นไปตามสัญญาการรับทุน 2.1.4 นักศึกษาหญิงทุกคนต้องเข้าพักในหอพักของวิทยาลัยพยาบาลฯ ตลอด 4 ปี นักศึกษาชายไม่มีหอพักให้ แต่ให้ทุนค่าหอพักเท่ากับนักศึกษาหญิง การรับสมัคร และการส่งเอกสาร 17 กันยายน 2555 – 15 พฤศจิกายน 2555  พิมพ์ใบสมัครออกจากเว็บไซต์ของสภากาชาดไทย ที่ http://www.trcn.ac.th หรือที่ http://www.redcross.or.th
